Baylor College of Medicine performs analyses of user behavior in order to measure customer interest in various areas of our sites. If either party's performance of any obligation under these TERMS OF USE, except for the payment of money owed when due, is prevented or delayed by an event beyond such party's reasonable control, that party will be excused from such performance to the extent it is necessarily prevented or delayed thereby.

JURISDICTION

These webpages are controlled from offices within the State of Texas in the United States. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
